From brain data to better care
Data wrestler and physicist with 5+ years’ experience analysing clinical and observational cohort data. I build reproducible pipelines and apply statistical modelling and machine learning to reveal patterns in brain health, from structural/diffusion/functional Magnetic Resonance analytics to eye-tracking phenotyping and translational applications in ageing and neurodegeneration.
In short, I use data to understand brains — and sometimes humans.
My research is based at the University of Newcastle, Australia, and the Hunter Medical Research Institute.
